|New Friday Night Team Time Trial Starts October 25, 2013
This year we will be starting an 8 session, every other week, indoor Winter Team Time Trial League on Friday, Each team will be comprised of 4 riders and will compete against another 4 person team in each heat. The race will require teams to strategize as drafting is allowed. Each team's race time will be determined by the time of the 3rd rider to finish. Competing Teams will start at the same time for the first race. The first race will then determine start times and starting intervals for subsequent week races. Each 4 member team will participate in up to 8 time trials which will take place on a biweekly basis. If you are interested in putting together a team contact Sharon.

NEW EVENT-ERG Video Rides -Have fun doing your cycling homework
This program is designed to complement your coached workout program. In addition to your coached workout, you will receive "homework" which includes a twice weekly workout ride which you complete at Breakaway with our new Erg Video Rides. The new programs are entertaining, challenging, and fun! This program is designed for those who participate in the coached computraining workout program and would like more direction and structure for their additional weekly rides. In addition to the coached workout you will be given another ride each week (such as a tempo ride, base ride, recovery ride or hill repeats) to complete as "homework". You can do your homework during either a scheduled Erg Video session or during open ride time with a ride of your choice. There is no additional charge for the program, you just pay for the open ride time as you normally would. Check out the ERG video here.

Indoor Lake Placid Ironman Training Program
Lake Placid training from November through April
This program is offered as an 8 week endurance and interval/strength training program for those training specifically for the Lake Placid Ironman event.
